京大医学部を目指す高校生の上終瓜生。児童養護施設育ちの瓜生は、京都にある神社「甘神神社」の宮司に引き取られ、居候をすることに。そこで待っていたのは、夜重、夕奈、朝姫の巫女三姉妹との同居生活！さらに居候の条件は「婿養子として神社を継ぐ」こと!? 三姉妹とのお見合い、甘神神社に降りかかる難題…瓜生は乗り越えることができるのか…？
